Cold Nose Warm Heart was founded in October of 1998. We are a group of friends and associates who love the Chihuahua breed and work together to rescue abandoned, abused, and unwanted Chihuahuas. We take in Chihuahuas from shelters, other rescues, and owners when space in our foster network allows.
We provide medical care, rehabilitation, training, and a loving environment where they can overcome injuries, illness, fears, and trust issues. We place them into foster homes where they learn & practice the skills needed to become the wonderful pets "Chihuahua people" have grown to love. We then begin a search for the best home for each dog where they will be loved, cared for properly, and become members of their new family. A happy match is our goal.
