The City of Fairfax is a 6 square mile jurisdiction inside Fairfax County. The City uses Town and Country Animal Hospital for its shelter. Stray animals for adoption may be seen on-line by going to www.fairfaxva.gov and clicking on Adopt-a-Pet. They also may be seen by going to Town and Country during business hours M-F 7am-8pm and Sat. 7am-5pm. The hospital is located at 9836 Fairfax Blvd, 22031.
