The City of Pearsall is a municipality owned Company with a population of 7000 people plus. The Pearsall Police Department Animal Control is operated by one Certified Officer on a 40 hour work week schedule with 24 hour on call response. The Animal Shelter is equiped with 16 double sided sliding door between the 5' X 10' kennels. the Shelter is an Animal Quarantine Facility 08-0137 per Texas Department of Health chapter 826 of the Health and Safety Code.
