The Broome County Animal Care Council is located in Broome County, NY (in the
Binghamton area).
We are an all-volunteer, non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to ending pet
overpopulation and the suffering caused by it. We offer low-cost spay/neuter assistance to
those with financial need. We also have many, many loving cats and dogs in need of good
homes.
We receive no government funding.
