The Brookhaven Animal Shelter & Adoption Center staff is dedicated to helping the homeless pets in our township.

We are proud of the fact that 89% of the animals that came to us in 2004 were saved because of the implementation of new adoption programs and additional adoption center hours. Additionally coalition building with private humane societies and other animal organizations, significant upgrades to the kennels and shelter atmosphere, the addition of an education room and new training programs for the staff have all contributed to recent successes.

Our new outreach programs provide the community with educational and pet companionship opportunities. Help the Animals Fund provides medical care for sick and injured animals that previously would have had to be euthanized. As you browse our website hopefully you will learn more about us and maybe even find a new friend.
