Bellwether Harbor Animal Shelter and Training Center is a small private 501c3 organization dedicated to the human animal bond.

We take in abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs and cats needing our care and attention. If we have room, we will assist families looking to find shelter for their own animals. We work with the animals in our shelter to help them be rehabilitated and ready for their forever homes. We also work with the people wanting to adopt, guideing them to the appropriate dog or cat for their lifestyle and personality, educating about the need for training and responsible care of animals. We work to make the best possible connection for the people wanting to adopt, and the animals in our care. Our mission statement Helping people and animals make a connection through education, training, and adoption.
