ARC Statement of purpose The Animal Resource Center of Bloomsburg PA is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide temporary shelter for homeless, abused, and neglected domestic animals educate the public on the welfare and care of cats and dogs and act as advocates for animal rights. We are also dedicated to promoting the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs thereby, reducing the number of animals who are homeless, unwanted or destroyed. Our goal is no-kill.
