The Andalusia Area Humane Society is dedicated to helping abused and neglected animals in Covington County. Our mission is to promote a safe haven for needy animals and to advocate the importance of controlling the pet population through spay/neuter procedures.
Our charitable organization depends heavily on private donations and fundraising activities to provide community pet services and to support our mission.
AAHS is always in need of new members who truly care about the welfare of animals. If you would like to learn more about your local chapter of the Humane Society, please call 222-8142. You may also contact Sandra Lane at 222-7006 or Patty Singleton-Seay at 427-3508.
Pets bring so much to our lives and it is our responsibility to help them as best we can. Thousands of animals are abused and neglected every day in this country and many are in this area. By joining the AAHS, you can help these wonderful creatures who are not capable of helping themselves.
