A Home for Cats saves the lives of pets in kill shelters throughout the South which are in danger of being euthanized.
We rescue the pets that need it most, those that are overlooked and less likely to be adopted in the short time they have at the shelter.
These include older pets, pets with health issues and those that most people just walk right by.
Once in our care they are Vet. checked, spayedneutered, combo-tested, fully vaccinated, flea worm treated and microchipped.
Our pets are offered for adoption to approved forever homes only. They receive exposure through our Petfinder.com website and we take them to onsite adoption events every weekend at our local Petsmart.
A Home for Cats is a 5013c non profit, no-kill rescue. For more information about our rescue, onsite adoption dates or the adoption process, please visit our website at www.ahomeforcats.petfinder.com
