Border Collie (short coat) Dog

Loki the Dog needs a home

Loki is a 3 to 4 month old male Border Collie and is being fostered at Stephany's in Plymouth, Indiana. You can send her an email at [email protected] if you have any specific questions about Loki. If you have any general questions about our adoption process, please go to the Adoption Info page on our website at www.comebyebcrescue.org.

Loki is a 3 to 4 month old, male Border Collie puppy that come fully equipped with and endless supply of energy to burn. He is doing very well with his crate training, loves to ride in the car, learns rapidly....will sit with a hand signal cue, is doing very well with coming when called and leash walking and attention.

He loves to chew! Antlers are one of his favorite go to chews. He plays in puppy daycare every day and is generally very good. He will occasionally get a little huffy puffy with other dogs with a similar temperament as his.

Overall once he becomes familiar with a new dog he does great with them. He can just be a little "hot" during the initial meet and greet. He came to me with a very low tactile tolerance and would get very defensive when being handled but that has improved dramatically now that he has had time to become familiar with me and build some safety history.

He is a very foodie pup and loves to fetch and tug and with his ability to learn quickly , I think he'd make someone a very nice performance prospect :)
