Jose was a neighborhood stray. His kind neighbors brought him in before Hurricane Irma, and learned that this boy was blind, due to a congenital deformity, he was born without eyes. It wasn't long before the neighbors decided not only was he too sweet of a cat to be on the street, but it wasn't fair for him, because his blindness made him too vulnerable. The odd thing is, Jose is neutered, someone had cared for him at one time. He isn't ear notched, so it wasn't done as a feral TNR, and he doesn't have a chip. So now he is ready to start his own new life.
