Minnie was born about November 28, 2016 and weighs about 16 lbs. She is just adorable and has a spunky personality. She absolutely adores all of us humans and is a major lap hog in the evening. Why I mention her spunk is because every evening when I'm finding room for my butt on the couch she is bouncing all over happy as can be and nibbles my hands and every evening we practice "no bite" to no avail. So, probably no kids nor an older human with fragile skin, but if you are up to enjoying her antics she will be forever entertainment!!! We feel she would be fine as an only dog because her humans are most important to her. This is really all we know so far as the southern shelter doesn't ask questions when humans drop off their pets because they feel it is embarrassing as so often it is due to finances in this poverty stricken area.

Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
