A special Family is needed for Rocky and Lizzie because they are 8 years old. Even though they are considered "seniors", they do not act like it. They like to play chase with each other, get tangled up playing with strings,bat their toy balls around and chase the red laser light that they can never catch. They are being re-homed because the owners wife has severe allergies to them. For the past several years they have tried all the products to help with the dander, but nothing seems to help. They now have 2 young children that take up alot of their time . Rocky and Lizzie are very affectionate and love to be around people.They like to cuddle on the couch and snuggle in the bed. They would be great companions. They are used to dogs, but NOT other cats. They have only been around each other.
Their size is impressive at 15 lbs. They are referred to as 'gentle giants" by all who meet them..
The ideal household for them would be one with empty nesters, or one with older kids(10 +). They are not used to all the noise from younger kids.
