What is Tritop used for:
|
|
Pet Meds Tritop
- Tritop is indicated as treatment or as adjunctive therapy of certain ear and skin conditions caused by or associated with neomycin susceptible organisms and/or allergy.
|

How Tritop should be used:
|
|
Tritop is FDA approved for use in dogs, cats and horses. In the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the external ear, a quantity sufficient to fill the external ear canal may be applied 1 to 3 times a day. When used on the skin or mucous membranes apply 1 to 3 times a day.
|

What are the side effects of Tritop:
|

Hypersensitivity or allergy to tetracaine or neomycin may occur.
|
|
What special precautions are there for Tritop:
|
|
This product should not be used in animals allergic to it or any of the individual ingredients. This product is for animal use only.
|
|
In the event of overdose:
|
|
Contact your veterinarian or veterinary emergency room. Symptoms of overdose may include hearing loss, dizziness, nausea and vomiting.
|
|
How should I store Tritop:
|
|
Store this product at controlled room temperature (68º-77ºF). Keep this medication out of the reach of children and pets.
