New Hope Animal Rescue is a non-profit, all-volunteer, NO-KILL animal rescue group located in Putnam County, WV. We operate solely on donations and the hard work of our volunteers. Most of our animals are in foster care, though our group is planning to build or buy a shelter in the future. We have successly placed over 1500 pets in new homes in the last 3 years and operate a low-cost spayneuter and emergency medical assistance program to aid low-income families in the region.
