IMPACT for Animals was created in 1995 to meet the ever-increasing needs of homeless or soon to be homeless cats & dogs in the St. Louis area. We also strive to meet the medical and psychological needs of animals who have suffered abuse or neglect by negligent owners. All of our rescued animals receive appropriate veterinarian care. Spays/Neuters are an important component of our program. Adoption weekends are held the first weekend of each month at the PetsMart located in Sunset Hills. Our commitment is to "quality, not quantity, in animal placements". Therefore, all potential owners are required to go through an application process in an effort to make a good match between owner & pet. An adoption fee is required.
