All of our greyhounds have been in a foster home for at least two-weeks prior to moving into their permanent home. This provides them with a chance to learn the social skills needed (i.e. going potty outside, riding in the car, how to use a doggie door, etc.) for moving from the racetrack to a family home. We are ALWAYS in need of a good Foster Family and encourage potential adopters to try this route first. We like to think of it as a 14-day free home trial to make sure that this is the right step for you. Please let us know if you can help out by being a Foster Family.
