To promote and enforce the statues, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to owner responsibility and kindness to all animals, To instill in the public, through eduction and by example, respect and compassion for all animals. and to protect the interests of animals, owners, and non-owners alikein such a way that pet ownership is a simultaneous benifit to the owners and the pets without becoming a burden to the community.
