More than 28,000 dogs and cats are killed in Chicago every year -- even more animals are neglected and abused.
The Chicago Canine Rescue Foundation's mission is to decrease the thousands of euthanizations and abuses in our city through dog rescue and adoption. CCRF saves displaced and homeless dogs throughout the Chicagoland area and places these dogs in loving area homes through responsible adoption. By working with our adopters and the community on adoption and the humane treatment of animals, CCRF believes that we can instill respect and appreciation for animals.
