CTCD is a feline and canine nurture center concerned for the well being and health of homeless cats, kittens, dogs puppies in need of food, shelter and love. CTCD takes abandoned and surrendered animals, places them into foster homes, ensures they have proper medical care, and adopts them out to permanent, loving homes.
