We are a state licenced NO Kill shelter located in Tilton, Illinois. C.A.R.A. is an all volunteer shelter and a registered charity operating on donations only. We have found forever homes for over 700 animals and spayed and neutered over 1800 animals through our low cost spayneuter program.
