The Animal Control division is responsible for responding to any complaints dealing with any type of animal. This service generally concentrates on maintaining good order with the dog and cat population of the Town, but is also responsible for complaints dealing with raccoons, deer, trapped wildlife and any other concern dealing with domestic or wild animals. At present, the hours of operation for the Animal Control Division are generally Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:30 am, and Saturdays, 9:00 am -1:00 pm. Any other complaints received outside the normal hours of Animal Control are handled by the Patrol Division, the Humane Society or by the on-call Animal Control Officer.
