We are the Belmont County Animal Rescue League, we operate the county's only shelter. We house stray and owner surrendered animals. Our population of animals in our shelter averages 50-70 canines 25-40 felines. We offer programs for assitance with having owned animals altered, programs on humane education, and enforce Ohio dog laws according to the O.R.C.
