The Bay Village Animal Control Officer (ACO), Diana Fife, works Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If during her off duty hours the police receive an animal related call which they feel requires her expertise she is called in from home. Diana deals mostly with situations involving domesticated animals however she also handles wild animal calls. During her normal business hours she can be contacted at her number (440) 899-3414. Diana is constantly out on calls so she might not answer the phone when you call. Just leave a message on her voice mail. She checks it many times a day. If it is after business hours or you feel the call is an emergency situation then you should call the police at (440) 871-1234.
