Avian Rescue Corporation ARC is based in Concord, CA, 35 miles east of San Francisco. ARC has a district office in Albuquerque, NM, and collection points throughout the southwestern US. ARC is a CA non-profit public benefit corporation with IRS 501c3 tax exempt status. ARC is a bird rescue only, working with state and county agencies as law enforcement assistance and helping re-home birds from individuals no longer able to care for their companion.
