Rags
I have an 8 yr. old Shih Tzu who has a skin allergy. We cannot afford the meds he needs and don't know what to do. We don't know who to turn to for helping us find him a good, loving home. He is so unhappy feeling the way he does and I don't know what else to do. I don't want to take him to a pound that will destroy him. He doesn't deserve that. I love him and just want someone to take care of him. If you could help me that would be great.
