Found on July 12th in Owings Mills area. No tags or collar. She is safe and going to the vet today for a bath, shots and check-up. We will certainly keep her if the owners do not claim her. Must give a detailed description of her when calling - we are not looking for someone to adopt her, we are only looking for her original owners.
