He's overly enthusiastic and loving. He understands "Eli SIT" and "Eli COME." He's on the lean side and is extremely affectionate. Again, he doesn't have tags, but he has a black collar. His owner is 21 month old Chloe, who asks "Where's puppy?" every ten minutes, since he's been gone.
