His house is right above STAGECOACH PARK children's swings bordering Calle Timeto. He goes to the park by himself for a walk everyday. On Wednesday, March 26 at about 400 pm I was approached by a young blonde lady who asked me if I wanted to get rid of Rusty. I told her emphatically NO. On Thursday, March 27 in the late afternoon, Rusty did not return from the park.
