tipper is a black labrador retriever. he has a white chest. he has a great friendly personality. he loves other dogs and people. he is very loving. he was abandoned by his owner and has been staying by my house to play with my dogs. if it were possible, i would keep him, but due to the fact that i have three dogs already it would be best for tipper to have a home of his own with a loving family.
