 the president of our company keeps a parrot in his office in a cage that has not been cleaned in 2 years. the odor is bad and the poor bird cannot walk around his cage. who do i report this to? will this report be confidential? can anything be done?

Status: offline 		First I would offer to clean the cage.  Is the bird fed and watered?  If not I would report him to animal control.  Is the bird left alone on the weekends?  Birds are like a 2 year old child that need lots of attention and care.
