advise about a neighbor's animal a****e - 10/19/2009 6:20:25 PM

My neighbor asked me to feed their two cats while away on vacation. When I went down there I saw that the apartment is infested with fleas! They have a 3 year old cat that looks sick and walks like he is 17 years old with ********ing out of his eyes. They also ****t adopted a new kitten. I was horrified especially bec****e my cats somehow got fleas and one got tape worm as a result of it. I have bombed the place and took my cat to the vet and the tapeworm and fleas are gone. I didn't know where the fleas came from until now. It struck me as odd since they never have gone outside.... These people are obvi****ly not fit to have cats and if my landlord finds out he will make them, as me, get rid of our cats and I don't think its fair since I take care of my pets. I cant beleive they have been living like this and I have been upset all weekend. Not sure what to do? How can I call and have them taken away? I want them to be adoption and don't want them to go to a kill shelter... Any advice?
