 I have this dog which seems to be a beagle mix. He was dropped off in our neighborhood about 6 months ago. We tried to keep him but he has allergies and I have spent over $1000.00 on vet bills for this dog and he still has a problem. His skin gets real red and he loses his hair. I can't afford to keep him any longer. I don't want to send him to the SPCA who will put him down but I don't know what else top do. Are there any no kill shilters I can give him to? I can't afford much but would be willing to make a $100.00 donation. He is a good dog, loves people but I just can't afford to keep him any longer. Any ideas?
