We are living in Taiwan and are taking care of street dogs here in Taiwan, which can be found in large numbers everywhere. In the past we had been delivering dogs (which were completely vaccinated and cured and already had all necessary papers when arriving to the airport) twice to private persons in another country.
Those were just a few, where we had been lucky to find such very few private people. Could you imagine to help us to find a home for a few more dogs? Of course it wouldn't help to have the dogs end up in a dog shelter in Canada, but maybe "Saved from Taiwan" could get some attention for these dogs.
Cost of treatment, flight and transport would be paid by us (volunteers) here in Taiwan, so there would be no expenses for you in these matters. The dogs would come to the airport with all papers (health certificate, import declaration etc.) and procedures already done, you only would have to pick them up and would not be involved in any procedures besides a simple pick-up. You would only have to pickup from an international airport and find a home for these dogs.
If you think this is possible or if you have any idea regarding this, I would be very happy to receive an answer from you.
