Do some search for a cat rescue in your area. No offense but I wouldn't take a cat into my home and have it pee all over the place.

I am pretty sure it is a behavioral issue because of her feelings toward my daughter, and not an issue of the cat simply peeing because she can...
thanks for the advise... ill look into it

The point is the cat won't probablay won't pee in a home where there are no children.

Can't guarantee that it will stop the excessive peeing. I had a cat like that many years ago. Cat pee is nasty and is so hard to get rid of.
If you do find someone, tell them what the cat does so that the new owners won't be surprised by it. Some will dump the cat out the door or into a shelter.
