 Hello I am a police chief in a small town and poor county in Arkansas. I have a huge dog and cat problem, and i need help locating a organization or someone who can refer me toward a grant site that might help us. Everyday i am swamped with people complaining about dogs and cats, and I have no answer for them if i do not know who's dog or cat it is. We have some surrounding counties that have shelters, but they will not allow us to bring ours there because they are covered up as well. I fear that people are gonna get to a breaking point, and start harming these innocent animals, again if anyone can help or suggest a possible solution then please contact me at e-mail prince_john68@yahoo.com.
