 Ive had my dogs for nearly 11 years.

Im just tired of them. Too much hassle and they are cramping my style

Im tired of the constant mess/hair everywhere/vomiting on the carpet/etc. They are more trouble than they are worth at this point.

So one option is to cage them 100% of the time and only let them out when I take them outside. The other option is to give them away.

How do I go about finding a no-kill shelter?

 You make me sick. Giving up 11 year old is deplorable. Maybe you cramp someone's style and are a hassle and someone should get rid of you. You really suck.

 It makes me sad to hear that you want to get rid of your beloved pets after 11 years. I do knwo what you mean though, I aquired a dauchsand last year( he was 10 when I took him off his owners hands. Poor guy, he wasn't trained or anything. Although he still goes to the bathroom in the house once in awhile, he's getting better. It's taken time and patience, but I have now gotten him to come let me know when he needs to go potty.  When researcheing about the breed I read that daucsonds are stubborn and it takes a lot of patience and consistancy, and positive reinforcement. Have you ever tried training them?  With this breed it is constant and I think even harder with an older dog. They are set in their ways and grumpy, but old dogs can be taught new tricks. Give it a thought.

 The old dog who needs to be taught a new trick is the original poster. The new trick is the knowledge that animals are not disposable.
