Hi, i've lived in Dade City for 3 1/2 year's (near Scotland Yard's), and i've got a slight problem. My dog's have a habit of running to my neighbor's yard. We've tried everything from instaling double door's, to instaling a fence, and they still get out! We've been more careful. I've called the pound and they said that because we go and get them from our neighbor's yard, the pound cant take any legal action against us. Aside from that, my neighbor has confonted me about my dog(s) and she is'nt getting any nicer about it. Aside from our dog's, her small dog,(who I believe has recently passed away) has, and would always come over into my yard and defecate and destroy it. The situation bothered me, but we never took any cource action because it's not my first priority. My dad recently had a double bypass, so we really did'nt think about the situation to much. Other neighbor's have had a problem with this lady, and have had similar situation's with her. We've tried talkng to her, but we aways get disrespect. I'm desperate to resolve the situation and am in desperate need of advice from anyone who has any!

Even though your neighbor dosent seem to be really nice, try talking with your neighbor, and if nothing come's of it, and she try's to do something like take you to court, let the court know that you tried to talk to her about the situation.
