 Found a small black lab in north Warner Robins Sept 9th. He was VERY hungry. Seems to be in good health. No fleas, neutered, wearing leather collar w/ Okinawa 2006 rabies tag. We think he may be the pet of a recent military relocation to RAFB. We've contacted the base vet and local animal shelter but no one has reported him missing. We have him in our back yard for now but really hope to find his owners. Please call me if you think this may be your missing pet.

 WE JUST REUNITED THE DOG WITH ITS OWNER! What a happy pair!
