Hello, a group of students and I are making a collaborative group****ject dedicated mainly to helping animals that have been abadoned and left in shelters. At the current moment we are only in the brain storming stage of ideas that we could****e to possibly help these shelters and I was hoping that some of you may be able to offer up ideas. We understand that we could raise money for these shelters but we would also like to take it a step further but are unsure of how to go about it. We are still minors so volunteering at an actual shelter is something we can do nor is fostering the animals bec****e most of our homes don't allow for animals whether it be bec****e of allergies or other reasons.
This is a list of ideas that we have****e up with. If you could add to it or have any sort of advice for**** that'd be great.
Ideas: Hold a "Walk for Dogs" in which we would initially either start or end the walk at a certain shelter. There would be a registration fee (perhaps of five to ten dollars) and we would ask for extra donations as well during this walk. This walk would include both owner and pets but those without pets would also be free to join. Bake sales at vari**** animal friendly places (such as PetSmart) where we would sell actual dog treats and baked goods for humans. Placing ads we have made ourselves at our school and perhaps the newspaper for animals that are in need of a family. Dog washes where all the earnings would go to the shelter.
We understand that this is a rather short list and perhaps isn't as creative as it should be so if you could help**** out we'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
you could also do a dog shampoo day fund raiser am interest since am taking classes on b****e a vet ****istance. i have alot of ideas and your ideas are ****t as great.
